 “I have been in the construction industry for the majority of my life, from framing, roofing, dry-walling, painting, plumbing, irrigation and landscaping. When I purchased my first home in Santa Clarita, even with all my experience, it was still one of the most stressful things that I have gone through.

That is when Top Dog Certified Home Inspections was born. I decided to take my experiences in construction and apply it to becoming an InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector. Utilizing all my years of experience and the Internachi training programs, I passed the Final Exams with flying colors. There is a saying in construction, if you are going to do it, do it right the first time. So I pushed forward and became a Certified Pool and Spa Inspector as well as a Trained and Certified IAC2 Mold Inspector. 

Technological advancements have come a long way since I first started in this industry. I felt that staying on top of the advanced training and equipment would allow me to better serve my clients. So with that in mind, I became a Certified Infrared Technician. Now I catch things that the naked eye cannot.

The reason I went through this strenuous process is for one simple reason...This isn't just a job to me..Top Dog Home Inspections is an accumulation of all my hard work, long nights, my heart, sweat...and more sweat!
